1. What material is the SWP made of?
It is made of high-density memory foam.

2. What kind of warranties does the pillow come with?
The electronics is covered with 1 year warranty due to manufacturing defects.

3. Is it safe to sleep on the electronics? Are we not sleeping on EMR?
Not all electronic products produce EMR. The SWP does not have EMR and it has
approval from FCC (USA) and CE (Europe) authorities certified safe from EMR.

4. What is the useful life span of the pillow?
Like any other memory foam pillow, the useful life span depends on the usage. Typically
the pillow can last for 2 years.

5. What is the proprietary technology used in the pillow?
The proprietary technology deployed in the Pillow is Neuro Soundwave. It uses 4 layers
of technologies to help human brain relax and sleep.

6. Tell us a little bit about the R&D background of Neuro Soundwave team?
Neuro Soundwave was developed by a research team from Singapore and China
headed by Dr. Tang Juel Hoi, who is a former A*Star scientist. A*Star is the national
research agency of Singapore which overseas more than 20 research institutes.
Dr. Tang is also the CEO of an A*Star spin-off company leading a team of A*Star
scientists, with $500,000 seed fund from the Singapore government. He spent 15 years
in research of artificial intelligence and neural network and more than 12 years in Neuro
Soundwave technology.
